YOUR 9D BREATHWORK FACILITATOR

As an aspiring mental health counselor, Erin witnessed how traditional talk therapy could bring relief, yet many clients, especially those with deep trauma, still carried their pain long after sessions. Her own journey mirrored this struggle, living with crippling anxiety and depression despite years of therapy. She realized true healing required addressing not just the mind, but also the body.
That discovery led her to somatic practices and, ultimately, 9D Somatic Breathwork: a transformative, body-based method that combines breath, sound, and subconscious reprogramming. This approach allows people to release stress, reset the nervous system, and clear long-held emotional blocks.
What makes Erin’s work unique is the integration of her clinical mental health training with immersive somatic healing. It’s the meeting point of science and soul—where evidence-based knowledge merges with the ancient wisdom of the body.
Clients often describe sessions as a “reset button” for the mind and spirit leaving them lighter, clearer, and more connected to their true selves.

Breathwork directly influences the autonomic nervous system, making it one of the most effective tools for calming stress.
